1. Overview

This website, tryfieldwork.com.au, is operated by Fieldwork ("Fieldwork", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.

If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use our website or purchase our products.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where these Terms conflict with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law prevails.

3. Using our website

To purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

You agree not to use our website or products:

  • For any unlawful purpose, or to encourage others to act unlawfully
  • To infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's
  • To upload or transmit viruses, malicious code or anything that may interfere with the website

We make every effort to display our products, colours and specifications accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your screen, and minor variations in products may occur.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or change product descriptions at any time without notice.

5. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at checkout. We don't store your full card details.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, contain errors, or are suspected to be fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

You're responsible for providing accurate and complete order, contact and delivery details.

7. Shipping

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

Our 30-day money-back guarantee, 12-month warranty against defects and return process are covered in our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, can't be exchanged for cash, and generally can't be combined unless stated. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse discount codes.

10. Product use

Please use our products as intended and follow any instructions or safety information provided. To the extent permitted by law, we're not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, modification or failure to follow instructions.

11. Reviews and comments

If you submit reviews, comments, photos or other content to us, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish that content in connection with our business, including on our website and social media. You confirm that your content is your own, is accurate, and isn't unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may remove any content at our discretion.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and product designs, is owned by or licensed to Fieldwork and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

  • We don't guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
