Before you order

For destination availability, dispatch estimates and delivery enquiries, email idv.fieldwork@gmail.com. Include your destination and postcode. If you need your kit by a particular date, please check with us first.

Questions about an order

Send your order number and the email address used at checkout. Tell us what you need help with so we can find the right information.

Damage, a wrong item or another issue

Email us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. Keep the item and packaging while we help you work through the next steps.

Return enquiries

Contact us before sending an item back so we can give you the correct return instructions and address. Please do not send a return to an address printed on a parcel without checking with us.
